Autotuning Tutorial on SC15

The Periscope team gave a half-day tutorial on "Automatic Performance & Energy Tuning with the Periscope Tuning Framework" at this year's Supercomputing conference in Austin Texas . The tutorial targeted application developers as well as tool developers. Application developers learned how PTF's tuning plugins can be used to tune highly parallel applications. Tool developers got an introduction into how to write an own tuning plugin.
