Biography

I am a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Communication Engineering, TUM, under the supervision of Prof. Antonia Wachter-Zeh and Dr. Rawad Bitar. I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degree from IIIT Hyderabad, through a dual degree program (B.Tech in Computer Science and an M.S. (by Research) in Computational Natural Science), in 2024. I was a recipient of the iHub Data Foundation Research Fellowship (2023–2024), funded by the National Mission for Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems (NM-ICPS), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Research Interests

I am interested in applications of coding and information-theoretic methods, including for DNA storage and sequencing, file synchronization and document exchange, and federated learning.
