Chair of Cognitive Systems (Prof. Cheng)

Research Interests

Florian Bergner is conducting research on large-area electronic skin (e-skin) with a focus on the effective realization of biological plausible principles, the efficient handling of tactile information, and the seamless and flexible integration of e-skin in complex autonomous systems, e.g. robots. His research contributes solutions for e-skin systems that allow tactile-driven feedback at a scale where all previous approaches failed.
