Biography

Burak Dogaroglu has obtained his undergraduate degree from Koç University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a double major in Computer Engineering. He holds a Master of Science degree from the Informatics department of Technical University of Munich, where he specialized in Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Parallel Programming. He worked as an AI Researcher in a startup to develop state of the art vital signal monitoring algorithms. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Media Technology and is working on developing novel learning based image and video compression algorithms.
