Tobias Fehenberger, wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Nachrichtentechnik, erhält für seine herausragende Diplomarbeit mit dem Titel "Investigations into the nonlinear capacity limits of fiber-optical communication systems" den Prof. Dr. Ralf Kötter Gedächtnispreis. Der mit 500 Euro dotierte Preis ist nach dem 2009 verstorbenen TUM-Ordinarius für Nachrichtentechnik Ralf Kötter benannt. [read more]

Prof. Gerhard Kramer was awarded the 2014 EURASIP Best Paper Award for the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking.
