Biography

Cem Eteke received his B.Sc. degrees both in Computer Engineering and Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Koc University, Istanbul in 2017. He received his M.Sc. degree from the same institution in 2019 by conducting research on visual reward extraction for robotic skill learning and improvement via reinforcement learning. After working as a Data Scientist for a year, he had a brief research experience on the exact dynamics of high-dimensional non-convex optimization algorithms. As of April 2021 he is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Media Technology at the Technical University of Munich, working on the 6G digital twin project.

Research Interests

3D and 2D representation learning, neural implicit functions, unsupervised learning, generative modeling. Applications to large-scale scene understanding for digital twins.
