If you are interested and strongly motivated in various topics of robotics and find my background might be a helpful complement to your thesis or research project, I am looking forward to a potential collaboration.
About
Xudong Sun is a joint postdoctoral researcher at the ATARI lab and the chair of decision science and systems. His research interest lies in statistical decision and understanding topological structures of task, contact and motion planning, contraction and stability of hybrid systems, system identification, calibration and estimation, distributed optimization and control, multi-objective hierarchical reinforcement learning, port-Hamiltonian theory, formal method and game theory in robust control.
Xudong Sun obtained his PhD degree in Statistic at LMU Munich, working on sequential statistical decision in hybrid discrete and continuous search space for model selection in machine learning and reinforcement learning with sparse reward. His previous research activities also involve high dimensional linear tube model predicative control, social dynamic, non-linear observer design, multi-objective feedback optimization of neural networks as high dimensional plant, software architecture, causal discovery and topological data analysis.
