Three papers, authored solely by our team or in cooperation with industry partners, have been accepted for publication at NorCAS 2020:
- "HyVE: A Hybrid Voting-based Eviction Policy for Caches", by Akshay Srivatsa, Sebastian Nagel, Nael Fasfous, Nguyen Anh Vu Doan, Thomas Wild, and Andreas Herkersdorf
- "Exploring Task and Channel Mapping Strategies in Fail-Operational and Hard Real-Time NoCs", by Max Koenen, Nguyen Anh Vu Doan, Thomas Wild, and Andreas Herkersdorf
- "Model-Based Design Space Exploration for Approximate Image Processing on FPGA", by Manu Manuel, Arne Kreddig, Simon Conrady, Nguyen Anh Vu Doan, and Walter Stechele
The papers describe recent advances we made in our projects on memory and interconnect architectures for multi- and manycore processor architectures as well as for approximate computing.
NorCAS 2020 is the IEEE Nordic Circuits and Systems Conference, a well established event in Scandinavia to present research work on circuits and systems from industra and academia. It was originally planned in Oslo, Norway and will take place as a virtual event on October 27 and 28, 2020.
Congratulations to the authors for their achievements!
