Talk at the Falling Walls Conference

Breaking the wall to collective learning

On the 9th of November Prof. Sami Haddadin was giving a talk at the well-known and highly prestigious Falling Walls conference in Berlin. He gave some insights into how a theory of collective learning may explain knowledge acquisition and propagation in large-scale systems such as the human civilization. This principle was then demonstrated live as a single robot on-site was connected to several other robot clusters at locations all over Germany. These robots then learned together how to insert a key into a lock at human-level performance.

Besides Prof. Haddadin there were several other speakers talking about highly relevant topics such as climate change, quantum computing and nutrition.
