The German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG) is establishing 18 new Priority Programmes for around 105 Million Euro for three years. The proposal for a new Priority Programme "Cyber-Physical Networking (CPN)" has been positively evaluated by the Senate of the DFG. For more information have a look here.
