Dr. Kadir Özlem is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute for Cognitive Systems (ICS), Technical University of Munich (TUM), working with Prof. Gordon Cheng since 06.2026. He has also been an academic staff member at the Faculty of Computer and Informatics, Istanbul Technical University (ITU), since 2018.

He received his B.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering from Istanbul University, Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2016. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2019 and 2024, respectively.
