Bachelor Seminar: Perception for Intelligent Systems (IN0014)
Contents
Perception forms the cornerstone of intelligent systems, enabling them to understand and interact with their physical environment. In this seminar, we will discuss different perception methods and technologies for efficient and engaging human-robot interaction (HRI). The students will learn about reading and writing research papers and providing constructive reviews. They will write a short summary paper on relevant topics and present their results in a colloquium to their peers.
Related topics include but are not limited to: Human-robot dialogue systems, gaze-based HRI, semantic scene perception, and foundation models for human-robot communication.
