Prof. Hailong Yao from the Department of Computer Science and Technology of the Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, has been awarded an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship for Experienced Researchers for a project at the Chair of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Prof. Yao is working on methods for design automation for microfluidic biochips and for VLSI circuits. This will also be the topic of his project at TUM-EDA
